If your use case does not align with any integration model, we can always customise it to your needs.

3. Can I switch between integration models later?

It is possible to switch between integration models. However, switching between integration models is not automatic and requires compliance approval, as it means that your use case and fund flow has changed. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements and get guidance on the approval process.

4. Do your APIs support mobile app integration for iOS and Android?

We do not have IOS or Android SDKs. However, your app can still call our APIs if you wish to do so.

5. Can I set up webhooks or real-time notifications for transaction updates?

Yes, we provide webhook support to deliver real-time transaction notifications directly to your system. You can refer to https://docs.straitsx.com/docs/securing-your-callback for more information.

6. Do I need to whitelist any IP addresses to receive these webhooks?

Yes, Webhooks will be sent from these IP Addresses. You will need to whitelist these IP Addresses to receive webhooks for both production and sandbox environments.
