Rejection Reasons
If you created a CP+ or updated your CP+ information, you may receive a rejection reason from us. Here are the list of rejection reasons and what you can do next:
Message for the User | Next Course of Action |

Expired ID | Upload an ID that is not expired. |
The document image is unclear | Upload a clearer document image. |
Photocopies are not accepted | Upload the original digital copy. |
Rejected due to StraitsX policy | We regret to inform you that in line with our internal policy, we are unable to render our services to you. |
Missing ID document frontside | Upload ID document frontside |
Missing ID document backside | Upload ID document backside |
Unacceptable ID document format | Upload ID document in an acceptable format. Refer to this API do https://docs.straitsx.com/reference/create-a-customer-profile-api |
Document is not recent (less than 1 year) | Upload a document with date within 1 year |
Inaccessible/corrupted Proof of Address document | Upload the original digital Proof of Address copy |
Proof of Address document is illegible/blur | Upload the original digital Proof of Address copy |
Document is not acceptable | Upload the original digital Proof of Address copy |
Missing date of letter/name/address/logo | Ensure your document uploads have date of letter/name/address/logo |
