Get Started with Payout API
Learn how to use the Payout API and the payout methods offered by StraitsX.
Overview
The Payout API allows you to send payouts to your users. It supports the following fast, low-cost and secure payout methods:
- Fiat (SGD): Users receive payouts via bank transfer on the local Singapore FAST network. Your business name will be reflected as the sender name for the payout.
- Fiat (USD): Users receive payouts via SWIFT
Before you begin
Ensure that you have the following prerequisites:
- You have setup the Customer Profile Flow and the Create Bank Account Flow. The bank account created by the user must be verified.
Send bank transfer payouts
The Payout API supports both local bank transfers via the FAST network and SWIFT transfers. You'll be able to notify your users when their payout has successfully completed through callbacks sent from the API.
