Term	Description
bank_id	Refers to the bank abbreviation id (e.g. DBS = 1, OCBC = 2)
Bank Transfer Payments/Payouts	Transfers between StraitsX business accounts and bank accounts
Business Bank Account	Bank account belonging to a business user
Customer Profile (CP)	A user that has been registered on our platform via the Customer Profile Flow which requests for the user’s personal details (e.g. national id, country of residence) to create a user and receive a `customer_profile_id` in return.
Customer Profile Bank Account	A bank account that is associated with a customer profile.
Disbursement	Disbursement is commonly known as withdrawal or payout. All three terms refer to the same process of sending funds.
Inbound transfers	Refers to incoming deposits to your StraitsX Business Account
Outbound transfers	Refers to withdrawals out of your StraitsX Business Account
Payments	Payment is commonly known as deposit. Both terms refer to the same process of receiving funds in.
Payouts	Payout is commonly known as withdrawal. Both terms refer to the same process of sending funds out.
Personal Bank Account	Bank account belonging to an individual user.
StraitsX Business Account	A StraitsX account created by a business (see link)
