Mandatory for users whose nationality falls under a Red Market, as advised by Visa.
Must be a valid download URL. An invalid URL will result in a POA rejection.
Document format must be one of: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg

identity_verification_url

Must be a valid download URL. An invalid URL will result in an ID&V rejection.
Document format must be one of: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg
