Update a user's data. Can also be used to re-submit Proof of Address (POA) and Identity Verification (ID&V) document.

The legacy usage of only updating email is still supported.

However, to update fields other than email, you can only do it when user was prompted to do document resubmission. Support for "anytime user update" will follow soon, and an announcement with additional details will be sent.

proof_of_address_url

Mandatory for users whose nationality falls under a Red Market, as advised by Visa.
Must be a valid HTTP download URL. Requests with invalid URL will be rejected, and invalid document file will result in a POA rejection.
Document format must be one of: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg

identity_verification_url

Must be a valid HTTP download URL. Requests with invalid URL will be rejected, and invalid document file will result in an ID&V rejection.
Document format must be one of: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg
